As a social organization, our purpose is to give Barrie Newcomers the opportunity to meet and make new friends through a variety of functions offered by our club and to help them become acquainted with Barrie and the surrounding area.

General Meeting
Our General Meetings are held through out the year at Painswick Library. Please contact us for details.
Please note: Special events are held at our June and December meetings at another location. We do not meet in the summer months (July and August).
Interest Groups
Barrie Newcomers Club offers a wide variety of activities and interest groups such as Euchre, Walking, Book Club, etc. Sign up sheets for all our interest groups are always available at our general meetings. For a complete list and description of these groups, please visit our Activities page.
