About Us

As a social organization, our purpose is to give Barrie Newcomers the opportunity to meet and make new friends through a variety of functions offered by our club and to help them become acquainted with Barrie and the surrounding area. Membership is available to anyone who has moved to the Barrie area within the last 2 years.

Membership

All members receive our monthly newsletter keeping them informed of monthly activities and all special events.

Our annual membership fee is only $15.00 per person.

Monthly General Meeting

Our monthly general meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the community room (second floor) at the Zehrs store on Bayfield Street North across from the Georgian Mall. This facility is fully accessible.

Please note:  Special events are held at our June and December meetings at another location.  We do not meet in the summer months (July and August).

Cracker Barrel Sessions

Please bring any questions you may have regarding our community and we'll try to give you an answer at this fun session which is held at each monthly meeting.
